We are looking for a Transportation Project Manager that is passionate about developing junior engineers, growing their career, and supporting the growth of our Boise location. Collaborate with some of the top transportation experts in the industry, participate in strategic business planning for our Idaho operations, develop client relationship programs or assignments, and assess new business opportunities.

  • Lead the design and production of roadway and/or planning projects for ITD, local agency, and other Pacific Northwest clients
  • Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
  • Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with PEs across the firm
  • Proposal development and client relationship management
  • Support growth efforts in Idaho and throughout the PNW

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Idaho
  • Experience in commonly used design software and CADD Standards for ITD and local clients
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with clients in the public and private sector
  • Eight years of related roadway experience is preferred
