MSA has an opportunity for a full-time Project Manager - Transportation. The position can be based in any of the following Wisconsin offices: Appleton, Baraboo, Beaver Dam, Kiel, Madison, Marshfield, Milwaukee, Rhinelander, Rice Lake, as well as Duluth, MN. The location, including a remote working option, is flexible based on experience. You will have the opportunity to oversee projects from start to finish, impacting communities positively.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation projects including planning, scope, budget, and quality assurance/control.
• Engage with clients via virtual or in-person meetings.
• Design transportation infrastructure projects.
• Prepare details, specifications, bidding documents, technical reports, and regulatory permits.
• Review project proposals with team support.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee construction observation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of mobility/transportation engineering experience.
• PE license, with WI PE preferred.
• Experience with WisDOT projects and client liaison roles.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work in consulting.
