What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and order information
- Verify order documents and engage with the commercial team during project close-out
- Review and confirm service sales order documentation in the ERP tool (SAP)
- Facilitate communication between operations teams to support Accounts Receivable (AR) reduction
- Manage commercial operations and project management teams to ensure timely payments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PMP Certified or in process
- Work authorization to work for the employer in the United States
- Over 5 years of experience in Electrical Substation/Transformer Project Management
- Knowledge of P&C, Transformers (Oil & Dry Type), MV & LV Switchgear, Battery Banks, Generator Systems, and ATS
- Effective communication skills with multiple vendors both internally and externally

- Ability to review and understand project contracts, specifications, scope of work, budgets, and allowances
