A restoration service company in Cincinnati is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager Trainee to aid families recovering from catastrophes. Responsibilities include overseeing job sites, managing customer relations, and completing necessary documentation. This is a full-time position with a rotating Saturday schedule, offering a compensation starting at $20 per hour plus benefits.

Project Manager Trainee Wanted at Renewal of Greater NYC

The Company:

Fabric Renewal is a fast-paced, restoration dry cleaner in North Jersey. Our unique company helps thousands of families recover from the devastating effects of catastrophes such as fire, water, and mold damage. We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning all their soft goods and electronics. We are constantly in pursuit of dedicated and self-motivated team members who share our values and passion for helping people!

The Position:

We’re looking for a self-motivated Project Manager Trainee who enjoys helping people and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to losses in the company vehicle
• Meeting with homeowners, adjusters, and/or cleaning companies
• Explaining company services
• Overseeing job site – Picking up and packing out affected textiles, furniture, electronics and appliances
• Looking for other opportunities on the job for our decorator services or shade replacement with Hunter Douglas
• Providing “above and beyond” customer while in the field and building connections with all the other companies on the job with us
• Accurately completing all paperwork and documentation to ensure we get paid for our invoice
• Taking thorough and clear pictures at all losses, sometime a full photo inventory may be required
• Providing project updates as requested
• Overseeing the project to completion
• Work week is 4 (10 hour days) with a rotating mandatory Saturday schedule (2 Saturdays a month)
• You will get a company cell phone which will be expected to be answered at all times during your scheduled work shifts
• You will also be responsible on the weekends that you are scheduled to work to cover the phones for that weekend: Friday, 5PM-10PM, Saturday, 8AM-10PM, Sunday, 8AM-10PM) Stipend will be provided for weekends you are covering phones.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 10 Hour Shift, Monday-Fridays, Alternating Saturdays
