Arrow Electronics is seeking an accomplished Project Manager for its Global Transportation and Trade Compliance Operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, plan and execute initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and compliance across global logistics.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and stakeholder communication in a hybrid work model. The position requires extensive PM experience in transportation/trade, strong BI skills, and familiarity with Oracle EBS and WMS.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management experience in global transportation and trade compliance or similar.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet budgets and schedules.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization, especially Power BI, is preferred.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience managing global logistics and trade compliance operations projects with a focus on continuous process improvement.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Leads project teams by influence, planning and driving projects that will improve the efficiency and quality of transportation and trade compliance processes.* Manage projects from requirements definition through deployment, including developing, defining, prioritizing and executing project plans, schedules, tasks, issues, budgets and deliverables* Review and analyze complex, integrated project data and information to provide status updates, insights, conclusions and actionable recommendations.* Help identify project risks and clearly communicate them with internal and external project stakeholders.* Work with project team to determine which deliverables are critical to the success of the project and prioritize accordingly* Schedule and lead team meetings, draft agendas, and capture and distribute meeting minutes.* Write reports and give presentations to advise management of project status, critical constraints, assumptions, risk tradeoffs and progress. Assist the project team in the completion of deliverables.**What We Are Looking For*** 8+ years of project management experience in global transportation and trade compliance or similar.* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables that adhere to budgets and schedules* Expertise utilizing business intelligence and data visualization software such as Power BI.* Experience planning and managing requirements, budgets and vendors engagements to achieve project goals and deliverable measurable business value.* Experience with enterprise software tools such as Oracle EBS and WMS preferred* Expertise leveraging project management software, such as MS Project or Jira, to develop and maintain detailed project schedules that meet stated objectives associated with cost, schedule and specifications.**Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More*** Project management experience in global transportation and trade operations.* Excellent written and verbal skills.
