Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Project Manager, Technical Operations to lead cross-functional project execution from early development through readiness for registration and filing. You will drive plans, manage risks, and ensure operational excellence across Manufacturing, Analytical Development, QA, and Regulatory.

Hybrid work arrangement with Bridgewater, NJ office; remote most of the time and in-person as needed, offering a dynamic environment for advancing pharma programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in pharma, medical device, or related industry.
  • Influence outcomes without direct authority; hold teams accountable.
  • Experience in cross-functional, high-performing teams.
  • Leadership in fast-paced environments; excellent communication/collaboration.
  • Working knowledge across product lifecycle (R&D, preclinical, clinical, regulatory, operations, QA).
  • Ability to work in highly regulated environments.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong technical/computer skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project execution and ensure successful delivery of Technical Operations initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans across functions.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks; develop contingencies.
  • Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables and provide timely reporting.
  • Represent Technical Operations in governance meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and metrics.
  • Partner to enhance tool use and drive operational efficiency.

Project Manager, Technical Operations

About the Role

Lead cross-functional project execution and ensure successful delivery of Technical Operations initiatives from early development through readiness for registration and filing; drive project execution, facilitate alignment across functions, and ensure operational excellence.

Pay Range
