Job summary

Sentry Equipment Corp in Houston, TX seeks a Lead Project Engineer to manage design, scheduling, and delivery of complex systems across industries. You will liaison between customers, reps, and sales to ensure project success and profitability.

The role requires coordinating estimates, drawings, manuals, and technical documentation while maintaining contractual and technical compliance. Occasional travel to customer sites and trade shows may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in Engineering, PM or similar; 3+ years PM experience acceptable in lieu.
• 2 years PM experience preferred, incl. system design knowledge.
• Experience with complex custom systems and manufacturing spec packages is a plus.
• Experience reviewing finances and budgets for orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller scope projects from design to delivery.
• Coordinate technical and commercial communications with customers and reps.
• Prepare drawings, BOMs, manuals, and project documentation.
• Estimate material, labor, and costs for proposals and contracts.
• Ensure on-time shipping and adherence to contracts.
