Job summary

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives (> $5M) and to mentor leaders in standardized PM practices, with a hybrid (in-person/remote) work arrangement.

You will drive alignment, governance, and delivery while budgeting and forecasting project capital and operating costs, interfacing with executives, and developing system-wide PM tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing project teams and implementations.
  • Project management professional or equivalent required.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management preferred.
  • 5+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years experience of project management in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, and manages system-wide projects greater than $5 million.
  • Develops, leads, and manages projects utilizing project management methodology and tools.
  • Assesses, evaluates, and recommends technical and business solutions.
