What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead project meetings, charrettes, and presentations to engage stakeholders
- Develop and track sustainability metrics and goals for project success
- Complete documentation for green building certifications such as LEED and WELL
- Provide written and oral communications to design teams, owners, or contractors
- Manage financials and project-related issues effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years’ experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, or energy efficiency
- BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or a related field
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience
- Experience with embodied carbon and sustainable material specification
- Familiarity with GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, and building HVAC systems
- Knowledge of Net Zero, Passive House, and Zero Waste principles
