Job summary

Superior Landscaping & Lawn Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple landscaping and construction projects from start to finish.

This hands-on leadership role blends field operations with project management to keep crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, budgets, quality, and customers moving in the right direction. You will manage mobilization through completion, supervise field crews and vendors, develop schedules and budgets,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of landscape construction or project management experience.
• Proven ability to supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and contracts.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and field operations knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial landscape/construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and materials.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, labor, budgets, productivity, and profitability.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and change orders.
• Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they affect timelines or budgets.
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, progress updates, and cost information.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands both field operations and project management and can keep crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, budgets, quality, and customers moving in the right direction.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in landscape construction, commercial construction, project management, or field supervision.
• Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scopes.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, labor, materials, and field operations.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with commercial landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, site development, or FDOT projects is highly desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
