Job summary

STR Synthetic Turf Resources is seeking a Project Administrator to support the estimator and project team. You will review scope of work, pull bid submittals, and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and production to maintain accurate project documentation.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 2 years of project administration experience. This is a full-time position with benefits and up to 30% travel. Salary is salaried exempt with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in project administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the estimator by reviewing scope of work and pulling bid submittals.
• Review awarded project with estimator, project manager, and financial manager.
• Prepare and submit project submittals; request shop drawings and P.O. numbers as needed.
• Organize subcontractor coordination and ensure change orders are executed.
• Ensure project closure when complete; travel up to 30%.
