Project Manager Structured Cabling (Carrollton, TX)

The Project Manager position is responsible for the overall financial success of projects assigned to them by completing projects on‑time, on‑budget, safely, to the highest NCS quality standards and with exceptional customer service. This position participates in Human Resource related decisions relative to their project team to include hiring, terminations, and workforce development in collaboration with the Operations Manager and the Human Resources department. This position is tasked with executing policies and strategies that are implemented by the Operations Manager to improve productivity and efficiency levels and building an enjoyable Project Team culture.

  • Field Personnel Performance Management
  • Time Sheet/Expense Report Approval
  • Project Planning – WBS
  • Change Orders
  • Submission of Close Out Documents
  • Client Communication/Sign‑off
  • Field Kickoff/Project End Debrief Meeting
  • Project Scheduling and Reporting

  • Participate with Human Resources in Disciplinary Process and implementation of company policies

Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) and/or 2 years of related Project Management experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ten + years of related industry experience is preferred
  • Possession of recognized industry related certification is preferred
  • PMP Certification is Preferred
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Demonstrated problem solving
  • Submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
