- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required, Master's preferred.
- 5 years minimum of full-time work experience in building structural design.
- P.E. license preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment that requires multi-tasking.
- Experience delegating tasks and working independently within a broader team.
- Technical expertise in at least one material and market type.
- Highly organized with great time management.
- A knack for creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
