What you need to bring to the table

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required, Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in structural engineering projects.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Technical proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., ETABS, RAM) is a plus.
• Ability to draw, sketch, and detail in ways that convey design intent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively.
