LHH is actively seeking a qualified and motivated Project Manager to join one of our Top Client’s Sales Enablement Team in Newark, NJ, or remotely. This team plays a critical role in developing tools, content, and strategies that empower our large sales teams across the U.S. and internationally.

In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate a range of proposal development and account-based marketing (ABM) projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to drive project execution and ensure high-quality deliverables that support sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end proposal development projects across assigned teams

  • Lead account-based marketing initiatives in support of sales priorities

  • Provide editorial review and quality control for sales materials

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project flow and timelines

  • Partner closely with sales teams to proactively support their needs

  • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress updates

Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant project management experience, ideally in a healthcare, sales, or marketing environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience supporting sales teams and initiatives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or managing external design vendors is a plus

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
