The candidate will read engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications, manage multiple projects, and maintain clear customer communication while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or heavy manufacturing.
• Project engineering experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications.
• Experience managing multiple projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site as required in Midland, Texas, with monthly travel.
• Must be authorised to work in the US; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
