A top-tier steel fabrication firm specializing in structural steel, industrial construction, and complex commercial builds is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-value ($2M–$10M+) projects across Florida. With a strong 2025 pipeline, we deliver warehouses, manufacturing plants, and large-scale developments—backed by AISC, AWS, and OSHA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end project leadership—from estimation to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships with a focus on quality & safety

Oversee fabrication schedules, budgets, and site logistics for seamless operations

Collaborate with engineers, GCs, and field teams to resolve technical challenges

Drive process optimization using Tekla, Bluebeam, AutoCAD (preferred)

Who You Are

2+ years PM experience in steel fabrication / structural construction

Proven success with commercial & industrial projects ($2M–$10M+ preferred)

Strong grasp of fabrication processes, shop drawings, and erection sequencing

Construction Management / Engineering degree (preferred)

OSHA 30, AISC, AWS knowledge (a plus)
