The Haskell Company in Florida is seeking an entry‑level Project Manager to support the Steel Shop and lead hands with supervision by senior staff. You’ll participate in management training programs and learn the company tools, standards, policies and procedures to grow your career.
You will assist with subcontractor qualification, bid packages, cost reporting, progress schedules and client communications, with travel as needed and a clear path toward project leadership.

Level I: Entry-level project management position. Supports project managers, Operations Manager - Steel Shop and Director of Steel Fabrication by completing assigned tasks. Participates in management training programs and receives training in company management tools, standards, policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent.
While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to visit alternate locations and therefore must have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to do so. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
