Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in St. Paul, MN seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from estimate to completion. This role blends relationship-building, sales, and project oversight, thriving in fast-paced environments and helping communities rebuild after disasters.

You will work with a Construction Superintendent to manage contractors and ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and/or construction project management.
• Proficiency with Xactimate (estimating software).
• Background in disaster mitigation/restoration preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sites.
• Support marketing and relationship-building initiatives to grow accounts.
• Attend client meetings and represent ServiceMaster DSI professionally.
• Monitor financial performance and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate to project completion. You’ll work closely with a Construction Superintendent to manage contractors and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high-quality standards.

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sites
• Support marketing and relationship-building initiatives to grow accounts
• Attend client meetings and represent ServiceMaster DSI professionally
• Monitor financial performance and resolve issues to keep projects on trackIdentify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to team development

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in restoration and/or construction project management
• Proficiency with Xactimate (estimating software)
• Background in disaster mitigation/restoration highly preferred
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
