Requirements

• Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 7+ years of engineering experience, proven ability to manage and lead project teams, strong written and verbal communication skills, technical expertise in infrastructure planning, design, asset management, or program management, familiarity with EPA and state DEQ standards, Licensed Professional Engineer is a plus.
• Nice to Have Skills: Additional experience with municipal utility projects, construction contract administration experience, participation in professional organizations and networking activities, mentoring and staff development skills.
• Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred), extensive experience in land development and municipal engineering, Professional Engineer license highly regarded.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to collaborate within a traditional 8-5 schedule, ability to develop proposals, project plans, and schedules, desire to grow within a vibrant, team-focused environment.
