Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited university
• 3+ years of civil site engineering experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, and site development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have Skills

• Engineering in Training (EIT) certification
• Experience with PA, OH, and WV permitting processes
• Ability to oversee work of less experienced engineers and technicians

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university

Minimum of 3 years of relevant civil site engineering experience, ideally involving stormwater and drainage projects

Other Requirements

• Willingness to participate in industry training and client meetings
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and traverse different terrains
