Southland Industries in Horsham, PA seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial MEP projects, mentor junior staff, and uphold safety. You will manage client relations, budgets, schedules, and cross‑dept coordination to deliver on time and within scope.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience managing subcontractors; a Top Secret clearance is required.

Developsclient relations by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
Managed budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of projectison schedule
Developsbudget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and otherreportas necessary.
Delegates work andservesasmentorto Project Engineers.Provides coaching and performancefeedbackas necessary.
Proven ability to manage small teams
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Strong financial acumen
Excellent project management skills
Experience managing subcontractors
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel.
Minimum 5 years' experience
Active Top Secret security clearancerequired.
