Job summary

Tekserv seeks a Lead Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. You will provide technical leadership across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, translate requirements into robust data models and integration designs, and mentor a team of developers.

This on-site role in Houston collaborates with analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs and data models
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Hands-on development plus architecture leadership in Sales/Service Cloud

Job description

Location: Houston, TX (4-5 days onsite) - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (RELOCATION NOT ALLOWED)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, architecture, data models, and integration designs .
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs .
• Knowledge on Docusign CLM product will be an added advantage and certified
• Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture .
• Review technical designs and code to ensure quality, scalability, security, and Salesforce best practices .
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical standards and engineering best practices across the team.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Analyze production issues, provide root-cause analysis , and drive timely resolution of critical technical issues.
• Support release management, deployment, CI/CD, environment management, and production releases .
• Identify opportunities for automation, technical-debt reduction, performance improvement, and platform optimization .
• Work onsite with client/business teams, provide technical guidance during workshops, grooming, design discussions, UAT, and implementation , and take ownership of end-to-end delivery.
