Job summary

We Are Social is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to bridge client visions and creative execution across multiple channels in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will build comprehensive project plans, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate updates to stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and leveraging AI planning tools within Google Workspace to optimize delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management with operations and planning.

Responsibilities

• Build project plans that drive efficiency from kickoff to delivery.
• Manage work across channels including social, editorial, influencer work, events, video.
• Monitor tasks, deadlines and flag bottlenecks to senior team.
• Develop and maintain timelines with aligned milestones for internal teams and clients.
• Monitor progress and provide stakeholders with updates.
• Scope jobs and write statements of work (SOW).
• Track and manage project budgets with accuracy.
• Analyze financial implications of decisions, balancing scope and budget.
• Coordinate with Resource Management to match talent to needs.
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues with clear timelines.
• Ensure proper sign-offs at stages by the right people.
• Foster internal communications across creative, technical and account leads.
• Leverage AI features in Google Workspace to improve planning.
