About the Role:

Coordinates and implements assigned projects to achieve defined objectives. Serves as the overall project leader and driver, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued, and not necessarily as the subject matter expert. Documents project objectives, creates the project plan, and coordinates the project requirements for all relevant subject matter experts and team members, fostering an inclusive environment to ensure successful and timely completion of the project(s). Coordinates all communication, training, and change management activities associated with the assigned projects, ensuring accessibility for all participants.

What You'll Do:

  • Documents project objectives and ensures they meet expected business results/outcomes, considering diverse perspectives.
  • Communicates with involved departments and management; facilitates communication forums, including team meetings that encourage participation from all members.
  • Creates project plans that include resource tracking, assignments, tasks, dependencies, deliverables and milestones, due dates, predecessors, budget and financial tracking, issues management, and considers the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Assembles project steering committee(s) and communicates regularly and effectively with management on project progress, ensuring transparency and inclusivity.
  • Coordinates project meetings with relevant team members, providing accommodations as needed to ensure everyone can participate fully.
  • Serves as a single point of contact for all project management-related questions and refers technical questions to appropriate subject matter experts, ensuring timely follow-up and support.
  • Facilitates change management activities that are considerate of the diverse needs of all stakeholders.
  • Provides leadership to project teams and interdepartmental management to achieve project objectives, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards, recognizing the importance of flexibility in work arrangements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's/Post Graduate Degree preferred.
  • Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at an advanced level.
  • Minimum 1 year previous project management experience required (preferably on a project requiring business and IT involvement and with a project budget exceeding $1 million).
  • Experience working on teams, including senior management, with a focus on collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Experience in financial management/budgeting, including ROI analyses.
  • Leadership experience that values diverse perspectives and fosters an inclusive environment.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet, MS Office 365).
  • Experience with LEAN or Six Sigma preferred.
  • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed, fostering an open dialogue.
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information in a way that is accessible to all.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional languages.
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations that engage diverse audiences.
  • Able to interact effectively with high levels of management (managers & above) while being sensitive to their diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively, respecting differing viewpoints.
  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities and experiences.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive while being open to feedback.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion while being flexible to changing priorities.

  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others from diverse backgrounds.
