Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager independently leads medium to large-scale healthcare and/ortechnology projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role actsas a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, provides regular updates to clients andleadership, and proactively manages risks and resources to achieve project goals. The SeniorProject Manager drives alignment between project execution and business objectives, preparesexecutive-level reporting, and mentors junior Project Managers and project coordinators to strengthen overall project.

Responsibilities
  • Manages end-to-end delivery of projects with moderate to high complexity, ensuring they aredelivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams and coordinates directly with clients on project activities,deliverables, and status updates.
  • Tracks milestones, deliverables, and metrics using project management tools such asMicrosoft Project, EVM, and other reporting systems.
  • Manages project risks by identifying potential issues early, developing mitigation strategies,and escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Supports alignment of project execution with broader business strategy and client objectives.
  • Prepares executive-level reports, conducts stakeholder presentations, and communicateseffectively with senior leadership and clients.
  • Owns and monitors project budgets, forecasts resources, and collaborates with finance andleadership to manage project financials.
  • Ensures adherence to internal governance protocols, CMMI standards, and compliance withcontractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with clients to analyze problems, recommend solutions, and maintain strong clientrelationships throughout the project life cycle.
  • Confers with technical and functional personnel to resolve problems and ensure alignmentbetween project goals and operational constraints.
  • Keeps project documentation current, including schedules, change requests, risks, issues,and lessons learned.
  • Leads or contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, recommending process and toolenhancements to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Mentors junior Project Managers, project coordinators, or team members by providingguidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrates unwavering commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and longtermclient success.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends, technologies, and project management bestpractices to apply innovative approaches to delivery.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint); direct experience using Microsoft Project or similar tools required.
Additional Qulaifications
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred or actively working toward certification.
  • Experience with healthcare delivery systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts strongly preferred.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple large-scale initiatives.

Experience in Lieu of Degree

For non-clinical roles, or when not required by the contract specifically, the Company acknowledges that practical, hands-on experience can provide skills and competencies equivalent to formal education. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree may be required, the Company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidate has an Associate's degree, the Company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.

Pay Range

USD $114,800.00 - USD $143,500.00 /Yr.
