Job description

Be a part of a dedicated global team that focuses on onboarding new clients into our Operations infrastructure for OTCs/CFDs and migrating clients to new Fund Accounting platforms. Your work will ensure a seamless transition and operational readiness for our clients.

As a project manager on the Securities Services Complex Assets Client Onboarding team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage the onboarding of OTCs/CFDs/FFX to JPM Middle Office & Fund Accounting platforms. You will be part of a team that provides a high-quality and responsive approach to onboarding, ensuring both strategic and tactical investments meet essential client and business needs.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Partner closely with Clients, Operations, and Fund Accounting Operations to efficiently and accurately onboard & migrate clients across platforms, ensuring Operational Readiness.
  2. Engage in the design and implementation of the Complex Assets Product Development strategic roadmap.
  3. Provide project management for various new and ongoing complex asset client onboarding projects, including identification, analysis, and solutioning.
  4. Communicate progress of onboardings and migrations with all organizational levels to keep team members and leadership informed of progress, challenges, and escalations.
  5. Facilitate the delivery of robust, scalable technology aligned with the strategic roadmap to meet clients' needs.
  6. Maintain a strong understanding of current operational models and associated priorities for change and strategic planning.
  7. Build strong working relationships with the business and other stakeholders across multiple lines of business, providing thought leadership and developing options and recommendations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  1. Project delivery/management & business analysis experience is a key requirement.
  2. An understanding of OTC derivatives/Contracts for Difference/FFX.
  3. Client communications experience.
  4. Experience working on Middle/Back Office client-facing projects.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  1. An understanding of Fund Accounting and Middle Office.
  2. Experience working with Technology & Operations Teams.
  3. Experienced presenter to an executive audience in meetings/video calls.
