Ourclient has an immediate opening for a Project Manager/Scrum Master .Theirteam is responsible for BI/Analytics, a data lake platform, master datamanagement (MDM), data integration, data conversion, data quality, dataarchitecture, data modeling, data literacy, and data governance. Data is one oftheir most valuable assets and they strive to become a more data-literate anddata-driven organization. This position will work on a small, collaborativeteam that uses agile practices to deliver value to their business partners.This position must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with theability to think critically and identify innovative solutions.

Interview Process: May request two rounds of interviews.

Duration: 6/30/27, likely to extend

Onsite or Remote: Must be a Wisconsin resident. No relocation is allowed. This position can work 100% remote within WI.

Requirements

Thisposition must have strong technical knowledge in data management and experiencein managing multiple scrum boards for both project work and operations.

Keyrequirements:

• Experience leading and managing multiple agileteams using Scrum/agile methodologies. Must have experience leading scrumsfor business intelligence and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of both agile and traditionalproject management principles and practices and the ability to blend themtogether in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
• Experience in team development while holdingteams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work;leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project/operationalwork; and mentoring and developing team members.
• Experience directing and monitoring workefforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; andescalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
• Sufficient technical experience with datamanagement and analytics to provide highly credible leadership to technicalteams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex projectrisks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Managing team progress/status through JIRA.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communicationskills, ability to influence others and to interact with individuals at alllevels.
• Ability to work productively withcross-functional working groups and across organizational layers.
• Strong interpersonal skills includingmentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentationsto both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge and understanding of business needswith the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust andconfidence.
• Solid understanding of and demonstratedexperience in agile project management tools such as Jira or equivalent.
• Preferred experience implementing SAFe (ScaledAgile Framework)

Hourly rate for 1099: $93.00

Hourly rate forW2: $66.00
