Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field, or 4 years of related work experience.
• 2+ years in Project Management, Construction Management, Electric Utility Industry, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience for Senior level / Sr Lead positions.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project documentation to develop initial hypotheses on value levers.
• Identify SMEs and conduct interviews with Scrub Execution to refine hypotheses.
• Present PowerPoint during problem solving sessions and prepare fact basis for workshops.
• Identify workshop participants and consolidate ideas to estimate value and enablers.
• Coordinate with functional departments to meet corporate standards and guidelines.
• Identify and address issues that could impact project performance.
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices with Scrub Execution.
