The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
   • Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), resource allocation, risk management plans, communication plans, and change management strategies.
   • Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
   • Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal utilization.
   • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring adherence to contracts and service level agreements.
   • Establish and implement project monitoring and control mechanisms, including regular status meetings, progress reports, and performance metrics.
   • Manage project changes effectively, ensuring proper documentation, evaluation, and approval.
2. SAP Implementation and Consulting:
   • Gather and document detailed business requirements for SAP implementation in collaboration with stakeholders.
   • Design and configure SAP solutions with SAP consultants and technical teams to meet business needs.
   • Oversee data migration and integration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
   • Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP system quality and compliance with requirements.
   • Develop and deliver training for end-users to promote successful adoption.
   • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP systems.
   • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
3. Leadership and Communication:
   • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
   • Communicate project status, risks, and issues transparently to stakeholders.
   • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
   • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
   • Resolve conflicts and issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.
   • Generate regular reports on project status, risks, and budgets.
4. Risk and Issue Management:
   • Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies.
   • Proactively resolve issues to prevent escalation.
   • Develop contingency plans for potential challenges.
   • Maintain an up-to-date risk register.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
   • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
   • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
   • Support audits by ensuring documentation and processes are compliant.

Key Requirements

Project Management Expertise:

• +5 years experience as a Project Manager in SAP Implementation/Consulting.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence.
• Apply proven methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Experience in project documentation and risk register management.

SAP Implementation/Consulting Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP modules like S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP data migration and testing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP change management.

Leadership and Communication:

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Present project updates effectively.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Motivate team members.

Risk and Issue Management:
