Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Demonstrated experience managing full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
• 8+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs in enterprise settings
• Deep understanding of software delivery, data integration, and reporting solutions
• Strong background in program governance, risk, and change management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise support and service delivery models
