Responsibilities

• Work with Lighting Specialist and Sales to understand project requirements and ensure work proceeds on spec.
• Manage orders from purchase order to final billing including drawings, expediting change orders and billing resolution.
• Create and maintain assigned project orders in Eclipse.
• Create submittals and O&M's.
• Manage project purchase order process with vendors.
• Expedite all assigned project orders.
• Monitor and report on progress of project to stakeholders via status reports.
• Identify, analyze and solve critical problems.
• Manage project budgets while ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and billing.
• Serve as information center for technical information and consult with sales on product application.
• Process all project change orders and customer returns on assigned projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job folders for all assigned projects.
• Multi task and prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.
• Perform all functions necessary to meet and exceed customer service standards.

What You Will Do:
