The Project Manager (PM) supports the Program Manager in planning and executing projects for a USACE Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) task order. Responsibilities include bidding, planning, organizing, monitoring, and administering work to ensure timely, within-budget completion adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The PM supports project lifecycle management, tracks administrative requirements, schedules, budgets, and ensures client/stakeholder needs are met, including invoice processing and guiding project teams.
Work involves desk work, communication, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and visual requirements.
Office setting with occasional fieldwork at construction and client sites, requiring safety gear and outdoor exposure.
Occasional travel within the US, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and security clearance eligibility required.
Employees must conduct themselves ethically, with integrity and impartiality, avoiding misconduct and harassment.
Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually, with potential benefits and additional compensation based on experience and location.
Primarily remote with up to 10% travel; preference for residents of NC, SC, GA, or FL.
