Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher with 10+ years of comparable work experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Real Estate license or similar certifications may be required or preferred.

  • Lead and supervise a staff of agents and technicians.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate the preparation of documents and activities for multiple major projects.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
  • Develop project work plans.

  • Manage monthly project accruals and other project accounting and reporting activities.
  • Facilitate invoicing and accounts receivable.
  • Manage the completion of quality control activities.
  • Take the role of client manager.
  • Lead project meetings and give presentations.
  • Develop a network of business contacts for potential clients.

Job Summary

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Associates degree or higher or 10+ years of comparable work experience
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Notary Public preferred
  • Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License
  • Specialty or generalist certification (SR/WA,R/W-NAC, R/W-RAC, etc.)
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
