The Project Management Office (PMO) team is part of the Global Revenue Operations Team, responsible for driving operational excellence and productive results across the Revenue Organization. Revenue Operations, Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Support and Customer Success collaborate to help customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences.

Are you a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager looking to make a significant impact on a high-growth revenue organization? Our Revenue/Sales PMO is seeking a talented P3 Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive critical strategic initiatives that impact sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and revenue generation. You will work across diverse projects, acting as a neutral party to orchestrate complex changes and deliver tangible business outcomes.
As a Project Manager you will drive key revenue-generating and sales optimization projects, ensuring successful execution from conception to close. Core responsibilities include:
Organize Structure: Take ownership of structuring complex projects, defining architecture, and organizing workstreams for optimal efficiency.
Create Comprehensive Project Plans: Develop detailed project plans that define scope, timelines, stakeholder expectations, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
Scope Alignment: Act as a central point for clarifying and aligning project scope across stakeholder groups, resolving conflicts, and ensuring focus on impactful outcomes.
Guide Stakeholder Groups: Proactively guide diverse stakeholder groups (Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, IT) in implementing the project plan, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Facilitate Decisions: Facilitate critical decisions among stakeholders to maintain momentum.
Governance: Establish and maintain governance, including regular reporting, communication protocols, and decision-making frameworks, plus project documentation.
Overall Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Support the Framework for Change: Understand the framework necessary to support organizational or process change driven by the project.
Flag Risks: Proactively identify and flag potential risks and blockers.
Facilitate Solutions: Convene stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.
Manage Leadership Escalations: Determine escalation channels and communicate with leadership for critical risks or decisions.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects within the Revenue/Sales domain, including but not limited to:
Business Process Improvement initiatives (e.g., lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash optimization).
Access to Data / Data Improvement projects (e.g., CRM data hygiene, reporting enhancements).
Revenue Operations Tech Stack Maturation / Tool Implementation (e.g., new CRM modules, sales engagement platforms, CPQ systems).
Bringing New Offerings to Market (GTM coordination for new products/features and channel partnerships).
Business Strategy implementations impacting sales and revenue.
Project Leadership: Lead projects, map milestones, and drive deliverables to completion.
Neutral Party: Facilitate objective discussions balancing stakeholder perspectives.
Oversight: Manage timeline, scope, and success metrics to ensure value delivery.
Documentation: Maintain all project documentation including charters, plans, status reports, risk and decision logs, and post-mortems.
Proactive Risk Management: Identify risks and blockers and escalate appropriately.
Sponsorship Identification: Identify gaps in sponsorship and secure executive buy-in.
Deliver to Scope & Exit: Deliver to defined scope and transition outcomes for operational teams.
Outcome Monitoring: Facilitate ongoing monitoring of project outcomes.
Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to closure with measurable impact.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Ability to engage all levels of an organization, including SVP+, with confidence.
Highly organized and self-motivated to create and execute on new projects.
Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced change.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive risk identification and mitigation abilities.
Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, especially at a startup, preferred.
