As the Project Manager for Retail Operations at VF, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our iconic brands to life across North America. From new store openings to remodels and relocations, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, streamline execution, and ensure every project delivers an exceptional brand experience.

Responsibilities
  • Create collaborative partnerships with Senior Manager of New Store Openings & Remodel, RBE teams, construction, Regional Directors, District Managers and Store Managers.
  • Be a strategic, solution-oriented and positive leader, working closely with cross-functional partners to create a strong channel of communication and accountability.
  • Manage the NSO/Remodel/Small Works Calendar to ensure timelines and follow-up of deliverables are on track.
  • Facilitate communication cadence inclusive of weekly progress calls as projects accelerate to completion.
  • Review and provide post-mortem of all projects with relevant comments for follow-up.
  • Support all facets of the project through clear and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain the trust, cooperation, and commitment of key players.
  • Support Full Line Stores and Outlet Stores. Build strong partnerships with field leaders with a comprehensive understanding of business acumen and within culture of service and accountability.
Qualifications

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • 5+ years of Brand, Visual Merchandising or Store Design experience
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • Strong leadership and training capability. Strong ability to think both creatively and strategically
  • Strong ability to adapt to frequent change while handling multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Suite
  • Superior time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both upward, peer and downward
  • Strong partnership and ability to work transparently
  • Ability to inspire and develop strong talent and address weak talent
  • Ability to self-manage territory, time and budget
  • Strong connection to outside design as well as competitive efforts
Compensation & Benefits

Hiring Range: $83,808.00 USD - $104,760.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
