As a Project Manager, you play a key role in understanding, evaluating, developing, and executing scopes of work and the overall management of projects to ensure success, efficiency, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities include soliciting and approving proposals from subcontractors, preparing project schedules, supporting crews, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
You will monitor project budgets, profit margins, and schedules, acting promptly to address issues. You will serve as a liaison between leadership, clients, subcontractors, and in-house personnel, fostering effective communication. Managing scopes of work, reviewing change orders, and ensuring accurate billing are also key aspects of your role.
