As a key member of our team, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to timeline, and quality standards.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a project manager you will oversee all aspects of residential renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and to the client's satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, the design team, and subcontractors; developing timelines; working with our Purchasing Dept. to procure materials and vendor services; conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality; resolving issues and conflicts; and maintaining communication with all parties involved. The project manager also enforces quality standards, complies with building codes and safety regulations, and documents project activities. Our goal is to deliver high-quality remodeling projects while fostering positive relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
