Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will oversee the internal processes for client renewals and new business, coordinating across Allied’s Revenue Operations, Client Management, Contracts, and Billing teams. They will ensure timely completion of deliverables through regular status meetings and managing all phases of projects in a tracker, facilitating inter-team dependencies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and manage annual renewals and new business initiatives across teams, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Facilitate communication between teams via regular meetings and stakeholder updates.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure smooth phase transitions.
- Report on project status, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Serve as an internal resource for escalations, troubleshooting, and application/process questions.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, managing risks and adjusting priorities.
- Assist in risk management and contingency planning in consultation with stakeholders and leadership.
- Support quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Review and enhance existing workflows and documentation.
- Ensure renewal and new business paperwork is timely completed.
- Understand Allied’s renewal requirements thoroughly.
- Gather, analyze, and research relevant information impacting projects.
- Track performance and document lessons learned.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years in project management required.
- Experience managing projects, client renewals, or cross-departmental projects.
- Experience handling invoices, contracts, or vendor fees.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and project success.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Skilled in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Smartsheets, and OneNote.
