Required Skills & Experience
- High School Graduate/GED
- 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including 2 years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis or planning
- Knowledge of related field procedures, insurance procedures, or managed care systems and operations
- Good knowledge of project management
- Hands-on experience managing multiple projects as the sole Project Manager
- Self-starter, self-motivated, experienced in complex projects
- Experience with Waterfall methodology
- BI/DW Project Management experience
- Ability to work with various functional teams
- Strong documentation skills
- Data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet performance competencies
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
