Job summary

JLL in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Project Manager, Relocation to lead moves and relocations, coordinating with property management, facilities, and stakeholders to keep projects on time and budget.

You will manage a moves team, develop project plans, budgets and schedules, and serve as main client contact while ensuring quality and compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, architecture, or communications.
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role, preferably within the corporate real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of move management best practices and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.

This role involves coordinating move activities, ensuring seamless transitions, and providing excellent customer service to clients.The ProjectManager,Relocation willwilllead a team and collaborate with stakeholders to successfully execute moves within budget and schedule constraints.

This is an onsite 5-day a week role

What This Job Involves:

  • Plan, organize, and execute moves and relocations for clients.

  • Coordinate activities with property management, facilities management, and all involved parties.

  • Incorporate best practices and industry standards intomoveprocesses.

  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to moves.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including occupancy planning, project management, and construction, tofacilitatesuccessful moves.

  • Oversee vendor selection, procurement, and management for move-related services.

  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues or concerns.

What your Day-to-Day will look like:

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
