Sierra is seeking a Project Manager for the Real Estate team to oversee commercial construction from design through occupancy. Based in San Francisco, you will partner with internal and external teams to ensure expansions run smoothly and efficiently.
This in‑office role requires 4–5 days onsite per week across our current workplaces. You will lead budgeting, vendor management, and cross‑functional collaboration while maintaining high standards and fiscal responsibility.
At Sierra, we’re creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in‑person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co‑founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co‑CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google’s earliest product managers and co‑creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
As a Project Manager on Sierra’s Real Estate team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global footprint and driving the operational success of the company. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects—from initial design through occupancy—while partnering closely with our internal operations team and external partners to ensure our expansion initiatives run smoothly and efficiently.
In addition, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for facilities support, working with local office managers to maintain seamless operations across our existing workplaces. As part of a small team, you’ll be a self‑starter who’s willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to support Sierra’s spaces.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel to project sites. As an in‑office‑first company, we expect this position to be onsite 4–5 days per week.
