  • Participate in the project turnover meeting and confirm scope, exclusions, allowances, and schedule assumptions.
Contract and Subcontract Administration
  • Issue and administer letters of authorization, subcontracts, and purchase orders for awarded scope.
  • Verify and maintain subcontractor insurance, bonds, and compliance documentation.
  • Enforce subcontract obligations, including notice, cure, and backcharge procedures where performance requires it.
  • Administer prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements.
Schedule and Cost

  • Prepare and maintain the schedule of values, review subcontractor requisitions, and prepare monthly applications for payment.
  • Track project costs and forecast to completion.
  • Price, negotiate, and document change order requests, including labor, material, equipment, and time impact.

  • Monitor progress against the schedule and address performance issues as they arise.
  • Support field operations on matters of contract interpretation, procurement, and scope.
Closeout
  • Manage punch list resolution, O&M manuals, warranties, as-built documentation, attic stock, training, and certifications.
