Job summary

RoShay Services in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Manager / Project Engineer – Civil Site Development to lead civil site projects from concept through construction, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to deliver design solutions on time and within budget.

You will prepare and oversee construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems, mentor junior engineers, monitor scope, schedule and budget, and utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE license.
• 7 years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
• Strong understanding of civil site design, water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
