Job Description Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of the design, planning and construction of real estate facilities projects, with accountability for accomplishing all project goals and objectives. Project aspects may include mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural applications; the associated administrative and budgetary control responsibilities; the planning, organizing, coordination of resources; and full control and execution of the project to the fulfillment of client expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of related experience. Solid project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business. Experience in client relations, client management and consulting. Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion. Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints. Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings. Prepare and track master project budgets. Highly organized with the ability to identify and manage multiple priorities at once. Understanding of technical requirements for various project types. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills Provides guidance to junior staff Experience with analysis and reporting

The compensation for the position is: $ 106,250.00 - $125,000.00
