Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of project lifecycles, including planning, design, scope, schedule, communication, risk management, implementation, release, and post-release evaluation
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and implement project management tools, templates, and best practices
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, goal setting, progress reviews, and issue resolution
  • Track project progress using schedules, budgets, reports, and other reporting mechanisms
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management
  • 2-3 years of relevant project management experience
  • Strong familiarity with PMO/IS project management tools (SmartSheets, Jira, Confluence, Survey Tools)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project processes and implement efficiency improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma
