Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of project lifecycles, including planning, design, scope, schedule, communication, risk management, implementation, release, and post-release evaluation
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and implement project management tools, templates, and best practices
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, goal setting, progress reviews, and issue resolution
- Track project progress using schedules, budgets, reports, and other reporting mechanisms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management
- 2-3 years of relevant project management experience
- Strong familiarity with PMO/IS project management tools (SmartSheets, Jira, Confluence, Survey Tools)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess project processes and implement efficiency improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Experience in insurance or related industries
