Job summary

Saur Energy International in the United States seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead small to medium projects, provide team leadership, and act as the primary contact for project activities, issues, and risks.

You will plan overall project scope, monitor progress, manage budgets, coordinate resources, and ensure governance while engaging stakeholders and maintaining security practices throughout the project life cycle.

• More than four years of project management experience.
• Experience working with project and portfolio management tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with business units and finance to develop ROI and other financial measures.
• Leads project team, manages schedule, budget, and interdependencies.

Job Description

• Managing the implementation of small to medium projects.
• Provides overall leadership and support to project team members.
• Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
• Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.
• Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders, and with Finance and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures.
• Manages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly.
• Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
• Plans the overall project and monitors the progress and performs Daily project management throughout the project's life cycle.
• Manages the projects budget and financial performance.
• Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
• Manages and utilizes resources.
• Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the business change manager.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors' degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field PMP, Prince 2 and/or Agile certification (preferred but not required).
