FIS Management Services LLC in Jacksonville seeks a senior program manager to lead cross‑functional programs, set delivery frameworks, and drive continuous improvement. You will develop strategies, manage scope, timeline, and budget, and influence leadership decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, excellent communication and PM skills, and the ability to coach others while guiding multiple projects to successful completion in a fast-paced fintech environment.

About the role

Recognized leader in project management; sets operational strategies with direct impact on results. Provides direction and influences leadership decisions; addresses complex problems Govern delivery frameworks; lead complex, multi‑stakeholder programs and institute continuous improvement and reporting standards.

Your key responsibilities

• Develops and executes program strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes.
