Client Data Management System (CDMS) Modernization | 1-Year Engagement

• PMP-Guided Engagement Leadership: Directed the 1-year project lifecycle for the Florida APD Client Data Management System (CDMS) modernization, applying PMI/PMP best practices to ensure strict governance, scope control, schedule adherence, and quality assurance.
• Enterprise IT Modernization: Led the strategic modernization of legacy state disability service data systems into a unified CDMS platform, modernizing core client intake, eligibility tracking, and service authorization architectures.
• Implementation Roadmap Development: Engineered a comprehensive multi-phase implementation roadmap, defining critical path milestones, environment readiness criteria, data migration schedules, and system cutover protocols.
