This role focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and related business processes. Project management responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and managing issues and risks.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proven experience managing intermediate to large-scale projects with effective results, utilizing prescribed approaches. Strong knowledge of project management methods and techniques.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication plans, schedules, define roles, and manage risks and assumptions.
• Proficiency with standard applications and project-specific software, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and instruct others.
• Problem identification and anticipation of potential issues, with the ability to present solutions.
• Experience consulting with senior project management staff and following established procedures. Projects may impact multiple functions and involve team organization.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one Project Management course.

Required Experience

2-4 years of relevant experience in business, engineering, or related fields; degree may be substituted with experience.

Preferred Education

Additional formal project management training is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certifications are desirable.
